Ivonne, the driving force behind Olo Fitness, LLC, is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. With a strong background in fitness and a deep commitment to wellness, Ivonne is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support.
Ivonne’s journey to becoming a fitness professional was shaped by personal experience and a deep-rooted passion for helping others. Growing up, she struggled with weight management and lacked a strong foundation in fitness and nutrition. It wasn’t until she joined the Coast Guard that she truly understood the importance of physical fitness.
During her time in the Coast Guard, Ivonne learned to navigate and overcome challenges to excel in physical fitness. She discovered a passion for strength training and became a dedicated advocate for health, fitness, and well-being. As a Unit Health Promotion Coordinator at multiple units, Ivonne helped countless service members achieve their fitness and weight goals through the Coast Guard's weight management program.
In 2017, Ivonne took her fitness journey to the next level by competing in a figure competition. This experience ignited her love for strength training and led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Strength and Conditioning. She is also certified as a NASM Physique & Bodybuilding Coach and a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor.
